How to grow Woodroses:

File a small notch on the surface of each seed or touch each seed with a needle that has been held in a flame until it  is red hot. Then, soak the seeds overnight in water and plant them 1/2" to 3/4" deep into rich, sandy loam in a small container.  Fasten a wire, string or wooden trellis near the planted seeds and place it in a sunny spot, being careful that the temperature remains a comfortable 60℉ to 85℉. Once your seeds have sprouted, fertilize the plant with a general garden fertilizer according to instructions; then watch it grow!
